About ScrapeGuys

ScrapeGuys builds production-grade web scraping APIs. We build and operate the scrapers — anti-bot, proxies and async jobs handled — and customers call a versioned JSON API. Travel and hotel pricing data is our first market: hotel chains, revenue management companies and OTAs use it to see what the market is actually charging. We are a small team based in Bengaluru, working remote-first.

The role

This is our first dedicated business development hire. You will own outbound and pipeline-building, and free up founder time for closing. You will turn your existing network and new outreach into qualified conversations with revenue managers, RMC founders, hotel-chain decision-makers and OTA commercial teams.

It is a founder-adjacent seat with real autonomy from the first day. It is not a scripted calling role, and it is not an entry-level SDR seat: we need someone who already knows this industry and can open doors in week one.

What you will do

Build and work target lists of hotel chains, revenue management companies, independent hotels and revenue managers — starting from your own relationships, not a cold list.
Run outbound through LinkedIn, email and warm introductions, and book qualified first calls for the founders to close.
Own CRM hygiene: log every touch, track what converts, drop what doesn't.
Turn customer relationships into referrals and case-study-led outreach.
Work with the founders on messaging and targeting — you shape the playbook, not just run it.
Represent ScrapeGuys at hospitality-tech and OTA industry forums, communities and events.

What we are looking for

2–4 years in hospitality, OTA or travel-tech in a sales, business development, account management or commercial partnerships role.
An existing network at hotel chains, RMCs or OTA commercial and partnerships teams. This is a requirement: you should be able to name a handful of people you could credibly contact in week one.
A working understanding of how hotel revenue management, rate parity or OTA commercial relationships function.
Comfort with outbound, and the resilience to keep going through rejection.
Sharp written communication — your LinkedIn and email copy is often a prospect's first impression of the company.
The organisation to run a real pipeline, not just a list of contacts.
Comfort in a small, remote-first team where you help build the process.

Nice to have

Direct commercial, revenue management or partnerships experience at an OTA, hotel chain or RMC.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencers and CRMs.
Relationships in the Gurgaon / Delhi NCR or Mumbai hospitality and travel-tech corridor.
